The Smart HR programme at DB AG aims to introduce cloud-based HR IT for DB in Germany in order to advance the digitalization, automation and standardization of HR work at DB. At the heart of this is the implementation of the Oracle HCM Suite, which offers standardized HR IT for efficient HR processes. ServiceNow complements the Oracle HCM Suite and maps the necessary proprietary solutions, the so-called “add-ons”.
