Who Am I?

I’ve built two companies. Before building my second, now successful company, I put everything on the line: downsized, handed back my company car, an Audi Q4, moved into a smaller place, and switched to a Toyota Aygo.

Everyone says status doesn’t matter. But honestly — who tells you, in that exact moment, that it’s going to be okay? No one. That’s the crux of it. That’s my personal experience.

The other, and more important, chapter is my professional expertise. Today I sit next to CEOs when the proverbial building is on fire. When AI upends business models overnight. When geopolitical crises tear supply chains apart. I don’t walk away. I help shape what comes next — the realignment, the clarity, the next step.

Systems fall. Leadership stays.

That’s the sentence my work revolves around. For it, I use my Scan-Signal-Shift model: perceive what’s actually happening right now — recognize your own signals — and consciously choose the next move, instead of getting stuck in reflex.

15 years of digital experience — SAP, Oracle, high-end sales, S/4HANA transformations, large-scale IT projects. And 15 years as a managing director, systemic consultant, and IHK-certified business coach. I bring both: technical clarity and a human compass.

As a sparring partner, I think alongside you — strategic, honest, on equal footing. As a steady presence, I hold the space when things get turbulent — precisely when it’s hardest to stay calm.
